In a world full of questions, the Bible is our guide (Psalm 119:105). It offers wisdom when we’re lost, comfort when we’re down, and clarity when life gets tough (Proverbs 3:5-6). Most importantly, it shows us the path to salvation and eternal life (Romans 1:16). Its teachings are as relevant now as they were when first written.
With so many opinions out there, we stick to the simple truth of the Bible. It’s an unchanging treasure that has stood the test of time (Revelation 22:18-19), revealing God’s true will for us (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
Jesus is our Savior and guiding light (1 John 4:14, John 8:12). He connects us to eternal life, offering salvation and endless love that supports us every day (John 3:16, Ephesians 3:19).
In the midst of life’s chaos, we find our anchor in Christ (Colossians 3:4). He is the focus and guiding force in all we do, with His love and wisdom shining through every part of our lives (Philippians 1:21). We call ourselves “disciples” because He is our model, and we strive to live as He did (1 Corinthians 11:1). By following Him, we discover a life that’s both fulfilling and eternally meaningful.
The pressure to be perfect can be overwhelming, leaving some feeling defeated and ready to give up. But God never intended for us to bear that burden; His grace lifts it from our shoulders. Forgiveness isn’t something we earn by being good; it’s a gift we receive through faith in Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). This grace isn’t a license to remain unchanged; it inspires us to grow and improve (Titus 2:11-12). It leads us into a life filled with purpose and passion, where we are dedicated to serving Him (2 Corinthians 5:14-15).
Water baptism, by full immersion, is more than a symbol; it washes away our sins (Acts 2:38, Acts 22:16). This sacred act marks the beginning of a new spiritual journey (Romans 6:3-4). Baptism doesn’t save us because it’s just a good deed; rather, it’s how we appeal to God for salvation from our sins (1 Peter 3:21). It’s a vital step in receiving God’s saving grace and sets us on the path to eternal life (Titus 3:5).
We strive to be a spiritual family, directly connected to the original church that Jesus Himself founded (Matthew 16:18). He is our ultimate leader, not any human or manmade organization (Ephesians 1:22-23; Colossians 1:18). Each congregation is independent, guided by its local leaders according to the Bible (Titus 1:5; 1 Peter 5:1-4). It’s a community where everyone plays a part, all united in growing in faith and drawing closer to God (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).
We believe worship should be simple and sincere. When we gather, it’s about honoring God in the way He desires (John 4:24) and encouraging each other toward love and good works (Hebrews 10:24). Like the early Christians, we sing with joy (Ephesians 5:19), pray with earnest hearts (1 Thessalonians 5:17), remember Christ through the Lord’s Supper (1 Corinthians 11:23-26), listen to God’s Word (2 Timothy 4:2), and give generously (2 Corinthians 9:7).
We approach the Lord’s Supper with deep reverence, remembering Jesus’ sacrifice for us (1 Cor. 11:23-26). Each Sunday, we break bread and share grape juice, following the example of the early Christians (Acts 20:7). It’s more than just a ritual; it’s a meaningful moment to reflect and draw closer to God, grounding us in the love and grace we’ve received through Christ (Matt. 26:26-28). This act brings our community together, strengthening our shared faith and commitment.
Elders lead and teach to ensure that the church remains faithful to Jesus (1 Peter 5:1-3).
Deacons are servants who ensure that everything the church does is done well (1 Timothy 3:8-13).
Evangelists share the message of Jesus through preaching and teaching (2 Timothy 4:5).
